The mission of WOHRC is to help provide encouragement to families in our community by assisting them explore various ways to enrich their quality of life by offering services like: effective counseling, mentoring and providing referrals.

New Life Program offering outpatient drug and alcohol counseling and mental health counseling.
Aftercare program focusing on those in need of a recovery coach or mentor. The program offers a peer that has been in recovery to walk alongside of a recoveree to assist them in areas of their life that are not addressed when being counseled a an outpatient facility. Services the peer helps with include resume writing, job searches, housing, license restoration, staying sober and finding 12 step meetings to attend. Program called Building Lives Together (BLT).
