Telephone Reassurance Program -Through the reassurance program volunteers maintain contactwith the elderly and the deaf who live alone and may be ill, lonely and in the need of care or contact. The services to deaf individuals are provided through special equipment provided to the client and the volunteer to allow them to communicate. 2. Crisis Hotline - The crisis hotline is a 24hour toll free telephone service that provides caring listening, information and referral to the residents of Camden, Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem Counties.
