#1 The organization coordinated assistance, referrals, case management, life skills education, advocacy, small grants and provided a user-friendly Resource Directory to hundreds of families, individuals, and other help providers. In the past year People for People has processed over 3400 phone inquiries providing referrals. PFP accepted 325 applications for consideration for the Direct Grant Program. PFP processed 500 utility application for the NJ Shares and True/Page programs. PFP supports 200 families through the Heart of South Jersey Supportive Services Program. Over 400 Veterans have been interviewed and processed for Veteran Benefits. PFP processed 1200 applications for Atlantic City Electric Helping Hands grant resulting in 1062 applicants receiving grants of $200 that were credited to their electric bills and 200 referrals to other agencies. #2 Atlantic City Electric Helping Hands Grant. Grants, up to $200 within a 12 month period, provided to Atlantic City Electric customers that are having difficulty paying their electric bills. #4a. Processed over 3400 phone inquiries PFP accepted 325 applications and Processed 1200 Helping Hands applications.Provided Mental Health First Aid for Veterans training to 90 veterans, social work professionals and First RespondersWeekly PTS support groups for Veterans
