The Healthy Kosher Foods Project has purchased 30 acres of farmland in Egg Harbor City, New Jersey in order to establish Lev Farm on the property. Lev Farm will be an innovative poultry operation which provides educational services and healthy poultry products to kosher consumers and beyond. The Lev Farm is the signature program of the Healthy Kosher Foods Project.
