The purpose of this league is to develop and operate a baseball program in affiliation with Cal Ripken Baseball, in conformity with and pursuant to the Babe Ruth League Incorporated, an international organization. This league will seek to instill ideals of sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty and character in accordance with the rules and regulations of Babe Ruth League Incorporated. This association is organized exclusively for the charity, education, and development of players involved in Maple Shade Baseball Association / Cal Ripken League. This league will be affiliated with Babe Ruth League Incorporated for such purposes of making distributions under section 501 (c) (3) of the IRS code or Corresponding sections of any future code.

Our program is our baseball program for youth in our town and surrounding towns to play. This is for kids to socialize in a positive manner. To educate on the game and sportsmanship. This is our rec ball program
Snack Stand is our fundraiser to raise money for the league. The snack stand area sells water and candy for fundraising purpose only. This money is used for equipment and field maintenance. Beef and beer along with donations.
Baseball league tournament team. Competitive sports team kids from different areas raise money to compete against each town. This money go to field and maintenance and equipment. Not onlu does this raise money it extends the season of baseball and allows the kids more time playing on fields, learning team sports and sportsmanship.
