Repairs and rehabilitation have begun and Margate Terrace Development Corporation, in connection therewith, was paid a fee for such services.During the fiscal year ended 06-30-18, Margate Terrace Development Corporation provided financial support for the benefit of Margate Terrace Corporation in the total amount of $156,996 to assist the funding of major repairs and improvements.During the fiscal year ended 06-30-20, Margate Terrace Development Corporation provided financial support for the benefit of Margate Terrace Corporation in the total amount of $575 to assist in providing the funding of a tenants recreational dinner.
