HEALTH PROMOTIONS SERVICES-THERE WERE 10,815 CLIENT CONTACTS MADE IN THE HEALTH PROMOTION SERVICES PROGRAM BY PUBLIC HEALTH NURSES AND SPECIAL CHILD HEALTH CASE MANAGERS. THESE CONTACTS OCCURRED AT THE CLINIC SETTING OR OFFICE SETTING AT BCHD, CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES, CLIENT'S HOMES, AS WELL IN NUMEROUS COMMUNITY SETTINGS I.E. SCHOOLS, LIBRARIES TO NAME A FEW. -IMMUNIZATION CLINIC (SCHOOL AGE): THERE WERE 536 CHILDREN SEEN IN THE CLINIC (849 IMMUNIZATIONS ADMINISTRATED)-TUBERCULOSIS (TB) PROGRAM: THERE WERE 1,074 DIRECT OBSERVATION OF CLIENTS' THERAPY SEEN IN THE HOME AND 523 WERE SKYPE VISITS OR FACE TIME-SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE (STD) CLINIC: THERE WERE 95 CLINICS FOR 2019. 1,860 CLIENTS WERE SEEN IN THE CLINIC.-LEAD SCREENINGS: THERE WERE 383 SCREENINGS AND 103 HOME INSPECTIONS PERFORMED. -SPECIAL CHILD HEALTH SERVICES: THERE WERE 973 ACTIVE CASES, 2,374 DIRECT CONTACTS, AND 26 HOME AND OR OFFICE VISITS WERE COMPLETED. -IMPROVED PREGNANCY OUTCOMES: THERE WERE 236 HOME VISITS COMPLETED AND 23 PREGNANCY TESTS PERFORMED.-HEALTH EDUCATION HOME VISITS: THERE WERE 61 HOME VISITS COMPLETED.-HIV TESTING IN THE JAILS: THERE WERE 757 INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS TESTED AND COUNSELED FOR HIV DISEASE. 160 TESTING SESSIONS.-FLU AND PNEUMONIA: THERE WERE 1,215 FLU AND 0 PNEUMOCOCCAL IMMUNIZATIONS GIVEN. PLEASE NOTE THAT 1 WAS A HOME VISIT FOR FLU VACCINE ADMINISTRATION. -ARCH PROGRAM (ACCESS TO REPRODUCTIVE CARE AND HIV SERVICES) 449 CLIENTS SEEN, 6 PLACED INTO TREATMENT, 248 INDIVIDUALS RECEIVED NARCAN TRAINING.
VIP - IS AN ADULT MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM DESIGNED TO PROVIDE HEALTHCARE EDUCATION, SOCIALIZATION, ENTERTAINMENT AND DAY TRIPS TO THE SENIORS IN BURLINGTON, CAMDEN AND GLOUCESTER COUNTIES. IN 2019 WE HAD AN ESTIMATED 9,942 MEMBERS.
