OUR ORGANIZATION SERVED 100% OF THE ELIGIBLE CHILDREN IN FOSTER CARE IN MORRIS AND SUSSEX COUNTIES; THE ONLY NJ CASA PROGRAM TO HAVE REACHED THIS GOAL B. 170 CASA VOLUNTEERS ADVOCATED FOR 303 CHILDREN C. 94 NEW CHILDREN WERE ADDED TO THE CASA CASELOADD. 108 CHILDREN FOUND SAFE, LOVING HOMES THROUGH CASA'S ADVOCACYE. 47 YOUTH AGES 14 -18 WERE ASSIGNED TO A SPECIALLY TRAINED FOSTERING FUTURES ADVOCATE-MENTOR TO HELP PREPARE THEM FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING AFTER FOSTER CAREF. 90% OF RECOMMENDATIONS MADE BY CASA VOLUNTEERS IN THEIR REPORTS TO THE COURT WERE APPROVED BY OUR FAMILY COURT JUDGESG. 42 COMMUNITY MEMBERS TRAINED TO BECOME CASA VOLUNTEER ADVOCATESH. CASA VOLUNTEERS REPORTED 15,109 HOURS OF SERVICEI. CASA VOLUNTEERS DROVE OVER 135,650 MILES TO VISIT THEIR ASSIGNED CHILDREN AND TO ATTEND MEETINGS AND COURT HEARINGS ON THE CHILDREN'S BEHALFJ. $427,887 OF CHILD ADVOCACY SERVICES WERE PROVIDED BY OUR VOLUNTEERS BASED ON THE NJ INDEPENDENT SECTOR VALUE OF VOLUNTEER TIME K. OUR VOLUNTEER RETENTION RATE WAS AN AVERAGE OF 4 YEARS, THE HIGHEST RATE AMONG NJ CASA PROGRAMS
