SERVICES INCLUDE THE PARENT INFANT CARE CENTER FOR TEEN MOTHERS ATTENDING LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL AND THE YOUTH INTERVENTION AND MENTORING PROGRAM WHICH WORKS TO MITIGATE THE RISK FACTOS THAT FOSTER GANG INVOVLEMENT FOR YOUTH 13 TO 16 YEARS OLD.
