To further the education of Princeton undergraduate members of Cannon Dial Elm Club, to provide financial assistance to Club members- where required, to facilitate the preservation and restoration of the historically and architecturally significant Clubhouse owned and occupied by the Club, and to educate the general public about the history and architecture of this building.
