TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE DEVELOPMENTAL AND/OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ATTAIN THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL OF SKILLS, PURPOSE AND INDEPENDENCE WITH DIGNITY THROUGH AN ONGOING COMMITMENT TO COMPREHENSIVE QUALITY SERVICES, ADVOCACY AND FAMILY PARTNERSHIP.
To enable individuals who have developmental and/or physical disabilities to have the opportunity to attain their highest level of skills, purpose and independence.
Provide housing facilites and services for one-hundred fifity-five (155) developmentlly disabled adults specifcally designed to meet their physical, spcial and psychological needs and to promote their health, security, happiness and usefulness in longer living.
PROVIDE OVER TWO-HUNDRED FIFTY (250) DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED PERSONS WITH TRAINING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS AND TO PROMOTE THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY, HAPPINESS AND USEFULNESS IN LONGER LIVING.
PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS.
