BlueLight oversaw an on-budget Phase I Renovation that successfully restored power to the historic site in preparation to reopen during 2021. BlueLight services supported 5,000+ persons in the Capitol region area and beyond.

Hudson River Sports Complex Commercial Development - Public Benefit Corporation: Provided in-kind profesional services including developmental consulting, space design, project development, document cereation and correspondence support totaling $27,720. These services contributed to complete design and specification of a 275,000+ square foot mixed-use athletic facility (HRSC) anchored by a United States Track and Field compliant 200-meter banked running track located at 3000 Main Street Troy, New York 12180. HRSC will provide public access scholastic athletics, collegiate and club competition to the surrounding South Troy neighborhood and extended Capitol Region community.
