IT ACCOMPLISHED THESE ACTIVITIES THROUGH PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS, ENGAGING THE 9/11 COMMUNITY, AND EDUCATING MEMBERS OF CONGRESS AND THEIR STAFFS ABOUT THE PROBLEMS FACED BY 9/11 RESPONDERS AND SURVIVORS.
