The mission of IMCR is to transform conflict through conversation, by offering mediation and conflict resolution services and training in non-violent principles and skills, which empower individuals to respond constructively to conflict.

Both Mediation and Arbitration services are provided with the voluntary participation of trained community mediators and arbitrators.
