This activity provides an opportunity for the indigent, disadvantaged, elderly and/or handicapped consignor to sell their handicraft items;2. It contributes to mental health and well-being of the indigent and disadvanged, the elderly and the handicapped by allowing their handcrafted articles to be displayed to the general public; and3. To contribute and encourage the public's understanding and appreciation of American heritage of handcrafted articles.
