KEY PROGRAMS INCLUDED THE MOBILE FIRST PROJECT, WHICH HELPED PROGRESSIVE DIGITAL PRACTITIONERS PILOT NEW WAYS TO BRING PEOPLE INTO THEIR ORGANIZATION AND UP THEIR LADDER OF ENGAGEMENT; THE DISINFORMATION GROUP AT CIL PARTNERED WITH PROGRESSIVE ORGANIZATIONS TO DEFENSIVELY AND PROACTIVELY FIGHT AGAINST DISINFORMATION; THE DIGITAL INNOVATION FUND SUPPORTED PROGRESSIVE ORGANIZATIONS TO EXPERIMENT WITH NEW APPROACHES FOR MOBILIZING VOLUNTEERS AND A COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE TO LEARN, EVALUATE, AND IMPROVE THE NEW APPROACHES; AND THE BASELABS (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O) AND FAIR HOUSING PROJECTS INNOVATED THE PRACTICE AND TOOLS OF COMMUNITY AND STATE BASED ORGANIZATIONS TO FOSTER VOLUNTEER AND MEMBER-LED BASE-BUILDING.

THESE INCLUDED AN INFLUENCER PROGRAM, WHICH FOCUSED ON BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE SOLUTION TO INFLUENCER ACTIVISM FOR PROGRESSIVE ORGANIZATIONS, AND A FINANCE AND OPERATION MANAGEMENT MODEL TO HELP SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZE PROGRESSIVE ORGANIZATIONS TO MANAGE, SUSTAIN, AND GROW THEIR OPERATIONS THROUGH THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND BEYOND. CIL'S INFLUENCER PROGRAM BUILT A UNIQUE DATA AND TECHNOLOGY STACK AND DEVELOPED A COOPERATIVE MODEL THAT MANAGED EVERY COMPONENT OF THE PROCESS AND CIL'S FINANCE AND OPERATION MODEL PROVIDED TRAINING AND COACHING TO ELEVATE THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING OF LAUNCH AND GROWTH SOCIAL JUSTICE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
