Humanity in Action's core Programs are the Fellowship programs in Amsterdam, Atlanta, Berlin, Copenhagen, Detroit, Sarajevo, and Warsaw. These are year long educational programs for emerging leaders about the national histories and contemporary politics of pluralsim, liberal democracies and human rights in Europe and the United States. The programs have an onsite component that varies from 10 days to one month while the rest of the year is spent on individual action project implementation of each Fellow. The annual programs bring together university students and young professionals from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Poland, Ukraine, and the United States for an intensive series of seminars, discussions and site visits. Following the Fellowship programs each Fellow will create and implement an Action Project- an outreach initiative in their community, inspired by the Fellowship.
