PARTICIPANTS DEVELOP VALUES AND BEHAVIORS ON THE FIELD THAT CAN BE APPLIED AS LIFE SKILLS OFF THE FIELD, IN ADDITION TO COMPETING AGAINST RUGBY TEAMS FROM THROUGHOUT THE NORTHEAST REGION. IN 2019, THE ACADEMY SERVED OVER 165 BOYS AND GIRLS. FOR THE FIFTH YEAR IN A ROW, 100% OF HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS GRADUATED ON TIME AND ENROLLED IN COLLEGE OR TRADE SCHOOL. WITH A GRADUATION RATE OF JUST OVER 60% IN NEW YORK CITY, AND CLOSER TO 40% IN UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES, THIS IS A SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENT.
