Organizations Filed Purposes:
Provide formerly incarcerated people with the skills and opportunity to achieve financial independence and become leaders and job creators in their communities.
Participants are taught to repurpose discarded materials into home furnishings, sell the products they make during training, with revenue covering their wages and benefits. The program provides three pathways to personal growth and financial independence: at 3 months, 7 months and 12 months.
