Organizations Filed Purposes:
(TCDC) works within the community of East Flatbush to grant services, implement programs and provide resources that will uplift, empower, motivate and equip individuals to imrpove their lives. TCDC envisions a world in which every person lives in a safe environment, free from oppression and granted the opportunity to thrive.
Provided Workshops, seminars and one-on-one counseling in domestic violence to individuals and families seeking assistance as well as educating the community
TCDC opened up a new opportunity within the community to those who would be interested in practicing various methods of exercise, dance and uplifting activities as a way to spread awareness to their already successful DOVE Initiative campaign. TCDC was able to average 30 individuals per session being offered which spread over 4 times a year in 8 week intervals. Sessions were offered free of charge to the community.
