THE VETERANS ONE-STOP CENTER OF WNY (ONE-STOP CENTER) A 501(C)3 NONPROFIT CORPORATION OFFERING U.S. VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES THE CONVENIENCE OF A "ONE-STOP", BARRIER-FREE LOCATION THROUGH WHICH TO ACCESS A HOLISTIC SUITE OF SUPPORTIVE AND WRAP AROUND SERVICES THROUGH ESTABLISHED LOCAL COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS. USING A COLLECTIVE IMPACT MODEL, THE VETERANS ONE-STOP CENTER OF WNY, INC. SERVES AS A COMMUNITY IMPACT AGENCY FOR VETERANS, PROVIDING THE VETERANS COMMUNITY WITH COLLABORATIVE LEADERSHIP, COLLECTIVE PURPOSE, A COMMON OPERATING PICTURE, COMMON SUPPORT NETWORK AND INFRASTRUCTURE, SHARED MEASUREMENTS AND DATA AGGREGATION, AND COLLABORATIVE FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH INNOVATIVE AND COLLABORATIVE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE COLLABORATION, RESULTING IN A FORCE MULTIPLYING, INTERGRATED CONTINUUM OF EMPOWERMENT.THE VETERANS ONE-STOP CENTER OF WNY, INC., WITH ITS PARTNERS, PROVIDES LOCAL OPERATIONAL AND TANGIBLE ACCESS AND AWARENESS, DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE, AND THE EFFECTIVE SCALE TO MEANINGFULLY IMPACT WESTERN NEW YORK'S VETERANS, VETERAN FAMILIES, AND SERVICE MEMBERS.THE VETERANS ONE-STOP CENTER OF WNY, INC OFFERS SERVICES PROVIDED BY EXISITING, INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDERS WORKING TOGETHER IN A COORDINATED WAY TO PROVIDE A SEAMLESS PROGRAM THAT ASSISTS VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN DEVELOPING WELLNESS AND INDIVIDUAL POTENTIAL; A TAILORED COMMUNITY-BASED PLAN THAT LEADS TO THE SUCCESSFUL ACHIEVEMENT OF THEIR GOALS, REALIZATION OF THEIR FULL POTENTIAL, AND REINTEGRATION INTO THE COMMUNITY.
