THIS CATEGORY INCLUDES AID TO FOOD KITCHENS, CHILDREN AT RISK, AID TO TERROR VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES, AID TO REFUGEES & NEW IMMIGRANTS, SPECIAL EDUCATION, AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS, ETC.
