DUE TO COVID 19 OUR MEMBERSHIP DUES FROM CHILDCARE ARE NON-EXISTENT IN 2020 TO DATE, AND IN 2019 THROUGH NOVEMBER WE WERE RUNNING AT A DEFICIT AND USED ALL OUR CASH RESERVES. NOBODY WANTED TO BUY THE BUSINESS SO WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO DECLARE BANKRUPTCY. THE ONLY LIABILITY WE HAD WAS ONE MONTHS WORTH OF RENT.
