Women Empowerment project Dream Lighter Provided 1, ESL Program, 2. Basic Computer Training, 3. Skilled Development program and 4. Help for Job Replacement for South Asian Immigrant Women in 2018. Target Members of those project were mostly immigrant women from the poor and low-income earning families. Ignorance with lack of scope and motivation in the target women is the main hurdle against their progress and so this can only be maintained and augmented by proper education to enable them to recognize their problems and identify their root causes to act on their elimination. Community Development Project Dream Lighter works with local charities, women business owner, Young entrepreneurs, young leaders, Community Leader, Students and Volunteers trough NYC. Dream Lighter especially working for South Asian Immigrant Community people as well as other migrant people to ensure their human rights, health, replacing Job, and marched them to American society by giving them skilled development program and give them small loan for starting a small business and find them job easily. DL advocates secure fishing right to fisherman.
