Organizations Filed Purposes: HILBERT COLLEGE IS AN INDEPENDENT INSTITUTION OF HIGHER LEARNING THAT EMBRACES ITS CATHOLIC FRANCISCAN HERITAGE AND VALUES. STUDENTS FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS ARE EDUCATED IN LIBERAL ARTS AND PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS TO BECOME INFORMED CITIZENS COMMITTED TO SERVING AND STRENGTHENING THEIR COMMUNITIES.

HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION BACCALAUREATE DEGREES ARE OFFERED IN 25 PROGRAMS AREAS FULL TIME ENROLLMENTS EQUAL 696 IN THE FALL AND 626 IN THE SPRING, PART TIME ENROLLMENT EQUALS 34 STUDENTS IN THE FALL AND 22 STUDENTS IN THE SPRING. MASTERS DEGREES ARE OFFERED IN TWO PROGRAM AREAS AND ENROLLMENT EQUALS 42 FULL TIME STUDENTS.

HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENT SERVICES INCLUDES THE OFFICES OF STUDENT FINANCE, ADMISSIONS, CAREER DEVELOPMENT, CAMPUS MINISTRY, COUNSELOR, ATHLETICS, MULTICULTURAL AFFAIRS, AND STUDENT GOVERNMENT. ADMISSION TO HILBERT COLLEGE IS OPEN TO MEN AND WOMEN REGARDLESS OF FAITH, RACE, PHYSICAL HANDICAP OR NATIONAL ORIGIN. THE STUDENT FINANCE OFFICE ASSISTS STUDENTS IN MEETING COLLEGE EXPENSES BY MAKING THEM AWARE OF THE VARIOUS OPPORTUNITIES THAT EXIST FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM MANY SOURCES -- FEDERAL AND STATE GRANTS AS WELL AS VARIOUS SCHOLARSHIPS. STUDENT SERVICES PROVIDES CAREER COUNSELING THROUGH THE CAREER DEVELOPMENT OFFICE AND PERSONAL COUNSELING AND REFERRAL SERVICES THROUGH THE STUDENT LIFE OFFICE. ALL THESE SERVICES ARE BASED IN FRANCISCAN HALL AND IN THE CAMPUS CENTER ALONG WITH THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION WHICH FUNCTIONS IN COORDINATING SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITES, CAMPUS SERVICES, ORIENTATION, AND SPORTS.
