The purpose of the Association is the preservation of the historic era of downtown Heuvelton, NY. Artifacts, books, manuscripts, papers, photographs and other historically significant materials were acquired by the Association. In the Village proper, the Association acquired and restored a building known as the Pickens Building. The building serves the local Community with musical performances, an upscale store and meeting place.
