TOP provides two full-time staff positions, the Director of Collections & Exhibitions and Curatorial Assistant, as well as one part-time, Librarian/Archivist, who are dedicated to the collections and oversee collections care on site and work closely with OPRHP's Bureau of Historic Sites on all aspects of collections care and management. Guest Curator, Barry Bergdoll (Columbia University and the Museum of Modern Art) invited a group of today's most exploratory architects to respond to the transitional outdoor rooms at Olana that are so essential to the original 19th century design of Olana's Main House. The exhibition featured the work of Steven Holl (Steven Holl Architects), Tatiana Bilbao (Tatiana Bilbao Estudio) with artist Arantxa Solis, Stan Allen (SSA/Stan Allen Architect), Amale Andraos and Dan Wood (Workac), Jennifer Stage and Peter Coombe (Sage and Coombe Architects) with artist Chris Doyle, Mario Gooden (Huff + Gooden) with Walter Hood (Hood Design Studio).

Museum Store: The Organization operates the Museum Store at Olana State Historic Site with the goal of providing visitors with a full range of merchandise that enables them to further their learning about Olana, Frederic Church and American Art and landscape as well as continue their connection with the site through the purchase of souvenirs and decorative objects and clothing items. The Museum Store also offers food and drink for purchase through its affiliation with the Taste NY program of the New York State Department of Agriculture, which promotes products made or distributed by New York State businesses.
