Organizations Filed Purposes:
To perpetuate and honor the memory and spirit of Tyler Ford Bialek, This foundation will receive and administer funds, gifts, bequests of real and personal property, and to hold, own, accept and dispose of same, without limitation for the purpose of research into the treatment, causes and cure of neonatal and pediatric neural tube disorders and other diseases and the amelioration of the effects of same.

1. Education about the need for Folic Acid supplementation in women of child-bearing age,including provision of literature to be distributed by Mt. Sinai Medical Center in theirpre-natal kits (tens of thousands of brochures distributed), and education at health fairs.
2. Support for community programs - providing support for support group programs at Winthrop University Hospital and Mt. Sinai for families who suffer from pre-natal andpost-natal loss, as well as providing hand-knitted hats, blankets and booties for thebabies of the NICU.
