CMADC is an article 28 NYS Licensed Diagnostic and treatment center operating from one site and mobile dental van. CMADC provides the following services Primary Care, internal medicine and pediatric care, OB/GYN, Dermatology, Urology, Podiatry, Allergy, Immunology, Nutrition, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Health Services, and Dentistry. In 2019 CMADC serviced 15321 patients who were provided a total of 66935 medical, dental and mental health visits. 70 of the patient population are at or below the poverty level and either on government subsidized insurance Medicaid, child health plus or uninsured if they do not qualify and cannot afford insurance.
