Schuyler Health Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation organized to provide funds to or for the benefit of Schuyler Hospital, Inc.
Health Care Programs, General/Other: Schuyler Health Foundation annual FOF 2018 campaign was multipronged. Dollars were raised for Schuyler Hospital and the Skilled Nursing Units. A portion of the undesignated capital and equipment dollars donated to Schuyler Hospital for the FOF 18 campaign ($30,743) were utilized to pay off the Mammography lease. This purchase will increase the quality, diversity and accuracy of care received by the patients. It will also increase detection of abnormal cells and increase survival rates of breast cancer in the community.

These purchases replace units original to the building in 1988. Units will reduce infection control concerns as well as increase the safety and comfort to the residents and their families.
Schuyler Health Foundation receives dollars for specific needs of a specific hospital department. In 2019 $13,449 was expended for miscellaneous needs in the rehab department and in the skilled nursing facility for resident activity, education, and outdoor space items.
