At The Well Conferences, Inc. seeks to be an organization that is an agent of change for young women and men in minority communities. Utilizing education as the main catalyst, we hope to transform lives all across the country.
At The Well Leadership Academy for young women Is a two-week program that seeks to empower young women locally to become effect global leaders. The academy is for 10th and 11th grade scholars that are from diverse social economic backgrounds. ATW seeks to nurture and cultivate tomorrow's leaders. We encourage girls to live beyond their limitations, achieve beyond their dreams, and impact communities beyond their reach.
At The Well Weekend Intensive and From the Fire Academy programs are a glimpse of the two week program. The weekend intensive serves current ninth grade students entering the tenth grade of high school that are from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. We seek to motivate students towards higher achievement in school and increased self-confidence.
From The Fire Leadership Academy for Young Men & Women ia a boarding program on the campus of Princeton University that is tailored to scholars from diverse socio economic backgrounds who are currently in the 10th and 11th grades of high school. From the Fire seeks to nurture and cultivate scholars by providing an enriching environment that combines leadership development through transformative education.
