Organizations Filed Purposes: Bryant Park Management Corporation is a business improvement district (BID), composed of the properties on the blocks surrounding Bryant Park, that was formed to support the efforts of Bryant Park Corporation to maintain and improve the Park through assessments, levied and collected by The City of New York, on BID properties.

Improve the commercial and physical environment in and around Bryant Park by supporting the approved activities of Bryant Park Corporation to manage, improve and maintain Bryant Park as a vibrant, clean and safe public space.

Granting of BID assessments, billed and collected by The City of New York, to Bryant Park Corporation to contribute toward the funding of the approved activities of the related organization. The approved activities pertain to the management of Bryant Park, and include: installation and maintenance of park improvements, sanitation, security, horticulture, public events and promotion of the Park, its programs and activities. Park activities include: Le Carousel, the Bryant Park Outdoor Reading Room, Bryant Park Games, lunchtime and evening performances and classes and free ice skating during the winter months.
