The mission of the Coalition for Horse Racing Integrity is to advocate for the adoption of a national, uniform standard for drugs and medication in horse racing.
To advocate for uniform anti-doping rules for horse racing
All the expenses for the Coalition are in support of its mission to advance the adoption of uniform rules and regulations that prohibit the use of illegal drugs and medication in horse racing. The majority of these expenses are related to efforts support the passage of the bipartisan Horseracing Safety and Integrity Act of 2020 (HISA). HISA is designed to create a private, independent horse racing anti-doping authority responsible for developing and administering a nationwide anti-doping and medication control program for horse racing.
