A SERIES OF DINNER EVENTS COMBINED WITH THE DISTRIBUTION OF A PSA CAMPAIGN ENTITLED ARTS EMPOWERS WERE CONTINUED AS THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT UNREMITTINGLY PUSHED FOR THE ELIMINATION OF THE NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR THE ARTS.
