CEMETERY VISITS RECRUITS AND TRAINS VOLUNTEERS TO ESCORT HOMEBOUND AND FRAIL OLDER ADULTS TO AREA CEMETERIES TO VISIT THE GRAVES OF THEIR LOVED ONES.
