ONE OF WHICH MUST BE FROM THE INSTITUTION OF LEARNING MOST RECENTLY ATTENDED. APPLICATIONS ARE REVIEWED AND PASSED UPON BY A COMMITTEE ON SCHOLARSHIPS. FINAL DETERMINATION IS BASED ON BOTH ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AND FINANCIAL NEED. INSOFAR AS THIS CAN BE DETERMINED. APPLICANTS RELATED TO ANY PERSON OR COPORATION HAVING AN INTEREST IN THE FUND ARE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.

THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AID TO ESTONIAN STUDENTS AT INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING AND FOR ACADEMIC INITIATIVES THAT SUPPORT ESTONIAN CULTURE, LANGUAGE, AND SOCIETY.
