The core mission of the organization is to provide a healthy environment to empower and inspire women by creating opportunities in elite cycling.
Racing - As a registered USAC Domestic Elite level cycling team, we brought our athletes to race in over 80 cycling events between March and September. We provided opportunities to women to race beyond their local events and realize their athletic potential on the national and international stage.
Training Camp - We hosted our yearly cycling training camp over a long weekend in Connecticut. Our riders worked on riding skills and drills with our team coach, team building exercises and had the unique opportunity to all train together as a group.
Coached Group Training Rides - Throughout the year we ran group training rides with experienced coaches to teach our athletes how to race as a team and execute team tactics in races.
