The mission of the Hispanic Federation is to empower and advance the Hispanic Community.
Community assistance programs support and uplift children, youth, and families by providing direct social services in the areas of education, immigration, health care, economic development, and the environment. In 2020, the Organization focused its efforts on providing food, cash, housing, health care, and other emergency assistance to individuals and families directly impacted by COVID-19.
Technical assistance programs including leadership training, individual management consultations, workshops, and scholarships support the Hispanic Federations nonprofit member agencies and partners, helping these organizations strengthen their infrastructure and management capacities
Organizational development assistance provides Hispanic Federation nonprofit member agencies and partners with capacity-building grants that support core operational needs, graduate-level management classes, leadership development training, board recruitment activities, executive fundraising workshops, and other technical programs in the areas of governance and staff and institutional development.
