Organizations Filed Purposes: JCPA IS THE NATIONAL HUB OF THE COMMUNITY RELATIONS NETWORK MADE UP OF 125 COMMUNITY RELATIONS COUNCILS AND 17 NATIONAL JEWISH AGENCIES. ITS MISSION IS TO INSPIRE, SUPPORT, COORDINATE, CONVENE, BUILD CONSENSUS, AND MOBILIZE THE NETWORK WHILE SERVING AS THE NATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE NETWORK'S PUBLIC POLICY PLATFORM. JCPA'S MANDATE IS TO ADVANCE THE INTERESTS OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE; TO PROMOTE A JUST AND PLURALISTIC AMERICA; SUPPORT ISREAL'S QUEST FOR PEACE AND SECURITY; AND ADVOCATE FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AROUND THE WORLD IN COMMON CAUSE WITH CIVIC, RACIAL, ETHNIC, AND FAITH-BASED LEADERS.

TO INSPIRE, SUPPORT, COORDINATE, CONVENE, BUILD CONSENSUS & MOBILIZE THE NETWORK WHILE SERVING AS THE NATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE NETWORK'S PUBLIC POLICY PLATFORM.

FIELD EDUCATION AND TRAINING: ONE OF JCPA'S PRIMARY PROGRAMMATIC INITIATIVES IS TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN THE JEWISH COMMUNITY RELATIONS NETWORK. THE INITIATIVE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM COMPONENTS:-ANNUAL CONFERENCE - BRINGS TOGETHER JCRC VOLUNTEER LAY LEADERS AND PROFESSIONALS FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY FOR THREE DAYS OF INTENSIVE EDUCATION AND COORDINATION-ONLINE TRAINING - MULTIPLE SESSIONS WITH EXPERTS ON COMMUNITY RELATIONS PRACTICE INCLUDING A 12 PART SUMMER SERIES-CRCAST - BIMONTHLY WEBCASTS ON ISSUES OF THE DAY FEATURING TOP EXPERTS & POLICY MAKERS-REGULAR CONSULTATIONS - ONGOING SUPPORT SERVICES FOR JCRCS INCLUDING CRISIS MANAGEMENT, STRATEGIC PLANNING AND ON-BOARDING OF NEW PROFESSIONALS

RESETTING THE TABLE (RTT) IS DEDICATED TO HEALING AND TRANSFORMING COMMUNAL DISCOURSE AROUND ISREAL. PROGRAM ACTIVITIES ARE AIMED TO TRAIN FACILITATORS, CONVENERS, AND CONSULTANTS TO BUILD A FIELD OF SKILLED PRACTITIONERS WITH EXPERTISE TO SUPPORT CROSS-CONFLICT COMMUNICATION ON ISREAL WITHIN THE AMERICAN JEWISH COMMUNITY. RTT SUPPORTS FORUMS THAT BUILD BRIDGES ACROSS DIVIDES FOR LEADERS AND INSTITUTIONS TAILORED FOR THEIR OCNSTITUENTS, SUPPORTING VIBRANT, PRODUCTIVE DIALOGUE AND DELIBERATION ACROSS DIFFERENCES. THE PROGRAM BUILDS CAPACITY FOR INVESTIGATING DIFFERENCES MEANINGFULLY AND RESPECTFULLY. RTT ALSO PROVIDES CONSULTATION FOR INSTITUTIONAL AND SYSTEMIC CULTURE CHANGE, WORKING WITH STRATEGIC PARTNERS TO CREATE AN ARC OF INTERVENTIONS, PROGRAMS, AND INFRASTRUCTURE THAT BUILD TOWARD A CULTURE OF DIALOGUE AND INQUIRY ON ISREAL.

JCPA'S CRIMINAL JUSTICE INITIATIVE ENGAGES JEWISH COMMUNITIES AROUND THE COUNTRY IN REFORMING THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM AND ENDING MASS INCARCERATION WITH COMMUNITIES MOST DIRECTLY AFFECTED AT THE LOCAL AND FEDERAL LEVELS. THE AIM IS TO BRING THE BLACK AND JEWISH COMMUNITY BACK TOGETHER TO WORK ON CRITICAL CIVIL AND HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES.
