The Lonely Entrepreneur launched a program with the Southland Development Authority to assist entrepreneurs and small business owners in the South Suburbs of Chicago. SDA brings the resources and capacity necessary to achieve transformative and inclusive economic growth for the region. The program was made available to 250 businesses in the South Suburbs and the businesses were given access to the Lonely Entrepreneur Learning Community and to one on one business assistance with business coaches. In addition, entrepreneurs were given the opportunity to register for online group coaching sessions conducted by TLE. The program has made a real impact on participants who often don't have access to the resources they need to start or grow their businesses. The program was particularly important because the Learning Community provided access to resources when business owners had no option to take advantage of in person resources because of COVID.
