MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES INCLUDE PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATIONS, SHORT-TERM THERAPY, SUPPORT GROUPS, CASE MANAGEMENT AND LIFE- SKILLS TRAINING. THE SYLVIA RIVERA FOOD PANTRY MEETS THE NUTRITIONAL NEEDS OF A DIVERSE GROUP OF LOW-INCOME, WORKING POOR AND HIV+ INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN AN ENVIRONMENT OF RESPECT AND CONFIDENTIALITY. LAST YEAR, THE SYLVIA RIVERA FOOD PANTRY SERVED OVER 170,000 POUNDS OF FOOD AND OFFERED THOUSANDS OF REFERRALS TO CULTURALLY-COMPETENT COMMUNITY PARTNERS.
