THE FUND PROVIDES LOAN FINANCING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE FOR PRESERVING PROPERTIES WITH HISTORIC VALUE IN NEW YORK CITY. THE FUND ADVANCED OVER $475,000 IN 2019 FOR PROJECTS IN BROOKLYN, MANHATTAN, QUEENS AND STATEN ISLAND.
