Organizations Filed Purposes:
The Foundation is dedicated to helping children of first responders. The Foundation provides financial support in the form of college scholarships to children who have lost a parent in the line of duty. The Foundation also provides grants to first responder families enduring significant financial hardship due to a tragic loss, and to governmental first responder agencies in support of programs benefitting children and families.
The Foundation made grants to various other organizations around the United States, including police departments, fire departments, and police "Explorer" programs.
The Foundation sponsored our 18th. annual Thanksgiving Day Parade breakfast and viewing of the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade as it passed by Bryant Park in New York City. In cooperation with the New York City Police Department, the Fire Department of New York City, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Police, approximately 800 children and their families experienced the parade.
The Foundation provided college scholarships and financial aid to children and families in accordance with our mission as stated in Schedule "O".
