Conduct research advance litigation and educate the public and policymakers on electoral reform
Open Primaries Education Fund developed fact sheets and other materials on different types of primaries and developed model party rules. We conducted outreach to the public, elected officials and state party leaders to educate them on the various options for conducting such elections. We developed a new litigation project identifying 1st Amendment and state constitutional avenues for legal reform of the primaries.
