ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: Wildcat seeks to shift systems to create opportunities for individuals and communities that have been impacted by the criminal legal system. Our philosophy is holistic, person-centered services rooted in restorative practices are central to fostering long-term individual and societal change. Wildcat identifies systems deficits to create responses that address individual needs and make space for broad-based change.
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT: Wildcat capitalizes on its Education and Economic Development functions to assist our clients in finding and maintaining employment. Wildcat's job placement services also benefit the business community as Wildcat provides easy access to high quality talent, saving employers time and money in recruiting.
EDUCATION: Wildcat provides educational programs for the at-risk youth that are focused on academic, vocational and "soft" skill training needed for success in the workplace such as interpersonal, communication, customer service, interviewing and school-to-workplace transition skills.
