THE GREATER PATCHOGUE FOUNDATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS THE ADVANCEMENT, PROMOTION, AND BETTERMENT OF THE CHARITABLE, CULTURAL, AND EDUCATIONAL VIRTUES OF THE GREATER PATCHOGUE AREA.
Cultural Hertiage Committee plans, coordinates, promotes and attends all community cultural events such as street fairs, the goal of which is to encourage acceptance of cultural diversity and combat community deterioration.
Beautification Committee has devoted itself to gardening, conservation and beautification of the Greater Patchogue communities and is responsible for planting design and implementation of the memorial bench program and a number of beautification projects for civic improvement. Supports the Lakeview Cemetery Restoration Committee whose purpose is to restore and maintain the five acre historical cemetery of Patchogue.
