Our philosphy at Penfield Village emphasizes Learning through play. Our program is based on developmentally appropriate activities for three, four and five year old children. We guide children to build a positive self-concept, develop independence, learn to play cooperatively and learn to express feelings. We offer a flexible, varied program. Music, stories, creative activities, games, active and quiet play both indoors and out are all part of the day.
