In a natural spiritual setting, the Dharmakaya Center for Wellbeing provides a wide range of practices drawn from ancient wisdom, for all levels of interest, in order to cultivate physical and emotional wellbeing in the greatest number of people.
Dharmakaya Center for Wellbeing offers a range of programs, rooted in Buddhist teaching and practices. Grounded in five learning paths - BUDDHIST STUDIES, MEDITATION & SPIRITUALITY, YOGA & MOVEMENT, HEALTH & NUTRITION, ART & CULTURE - our programs explore a wide variety of life topics. In 2019 we held 16 retreats, ranging from weekend to weeklong, serving over 150 retreatants. We also offered our center to personal retreatants for stays of two to ten days. We had more than a dozen personal retreatants. In 2019 we launched our Lama-in-Residence program by inviting a high level Buddhist teacher to be in residence on campus for an extended period of time giving lectures and working one-on-one with our guests. In 2019 we also held three open house events in order to better connect with our local community.
