Projects to Empower and Organize the Psychiatrically Labeled, Inc.'s primary purpose is to advocate and empower individuals to demand quality mental health services in the community and earn the right to live independently as well as be a vital member of the community.
PEOPLe, Inc. serves individuals with psychiatric labels in Dutchess, Ulster, Orange and Putnam Counties through peer support, peer advocacy, self-help training and self advocacy.
