Charles R. Drew Early Learning Center delivers high quality low cost child care that enhances the lives of children and affords a safe and developmentally appropriate educational environment and preschoolers.
EarlyLearn and Universal Pre-K child care services are provided to eligible families to allow parents to remain employed or seek gainful employment. During FY'20, the organization was contracted to serve 151 students and their families.
